President Rodrigo Duterte has indicated a specific timeline plan in which he wants all foreign troops out of the country in two years.
Speaking before Filipino and Japanese businessmen at an economic forum in Tokyo, Duterte said he was willing to rescind existing agreements to fulfill that vision.

"I have declared that I will pursue an independent foreign policy. I want, maybe in the next two years, my country freed of the presence of foreign military troops," Duterte said.
"I want them out and if I have to revise or abrogate agreements, executive agreements, I will," he said.
Before leaving for Japan, Duterte in his pre-departure statement said he will "forget" the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) with the United States, which provided an increase in rotational presence of US troops in the country. It was signed in 2014 with former President Benigno Aquino III leading the negotiations.
The EDCA allowed the US to build structures; store as well as pre-position weapons, defense supplies and materiel; and station troops, civilian personnel and defense contractors, transit and station vehicles, vessels, and aircraft for 10 years.
While the Supreme Court affirmed the legality of the EDCA last July, Duterte recently questioned its validity, saying it was not signed by the President.

Not long after, Duterte announced that he would stop joint patrols in South China Sea and joint military exercises, arguing that he wanted the country to be excluded in any war games and hostile activities.
But aside from EDCA, the Philippines had signed the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) and the Mutual Defense Treaty with the US.

DDS DDM? anu sa tingin nyu?

My ceasefire at on going negotiation kasi ang govt at reds, kaya di nakapagtataka, anti US si duterte.
