note: hindi po ito DL Capable kaya ang ginawa ko pinopause ko at change ko into apn2: the same lang ang apn, proxy, port at change ko ang server nito

You can use MGC for the installation without server. If installed na put "config:" sa yandex address bar and search. Hintayin lang magload tapos follow the selection on this image link:

(copy paste it to the address bar na walang space)

then tap save. You can browse na for free. Base sa observation ko, mas mabilis ito kaysa OM MGC MOD.

by the way change mo om protocol into HTTP after installing.
