tap your current Apn.

setup the following.
name: any
apn: telstra.iph or smartbro
proxy: n/a
port: n/a
server: 3Gsmart.com.ph / 3Gtalkntext.com.ph
~
~SAVE:
~on airplane mode ..2-3 minutes
Then off Airplane Mode
