Closed Extend Trick TM and Globe

Hi po!

Help naman po baka may alam kayo. hindi kc ako mka'extend sa tm halos 8hrs ung(tig 5mins ung interval)
yung attempt ko para ma'xtend ang promo ko sa tm palagi pong "Hindi naproseso at try again....." hanggang sa na'xpyr nlng.
Meron po ba kayong alam trick pra mk'xtend ng madali sa tm.

May idea po kau ts kung panu mag'xtend ng mor than once sa tm in 1day? para kng sakasakali pong mag'maintenance cla
atleast di ako ma'xpyr kinabukasan.
