Food and Recipe Easy Indian-Style Nachos

    Here’s what you will need:

    Jar of balti sauce
    200g chicken
    Mango Chutney
    Cheddar Cheese

    1) Cook the chicken thoroughly in the balti sauce in a saucepan.
    2) Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and shred it using an electric mixer.
    3) Crush poppadoms in a shallow baking dish, adding the chicken, yoghurt, mango chutney and cheese on top.
    4) Bake for 15 minutes 190°C/375°F.
    5) Add coriander.
    6) Enjoy!
