EASY FISH TACO

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 slices fish fillet, sliced into bite small pieces

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 egg

2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp salt

Japanese Style Bread crumbs (Panko Flakes)

tomatoes

onions

green bell pepper

cilantro, chopped

lettuce

Tortilla wrapper

Sour cream (optional)

PROCEDURE:
Combine egg, water and salt.
Set aside.

Roll the fish in flour and coat evenly.

Dip into egg mixture.

Roll generously in bread crumbs.

Repeat until all the fish are coated.

Heat cooking oil in deep pan.

Deep fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel.

Prepare the wrapper according to packaging directions.

Place all the toppings - sliced vegetables and prepared fish.

Serve with sour cream or any dip you love!
