he method i used to fixed my BM622m or DV235t with unidentified IP address which start 169.xxx.blah blah. Can be as hard it can be or easy for those who has a knowledge with this.
1. Used the winspreader you need a tar.gz firmware of your device

2. Open the file select your network card click start.

3.Connect your modem to your computer LAN cable

4. Then turn if on wait for 1 minute or 2.

to be continue..for important update

IMPORTANT: In order for the winspreader to work properly you need to put it on your desktop and also the firmware.

5.Wait untill you see a steady light on,on your modem signal sector.

6. Once you see the steady light unplug your modem wait for at least 1 minute.

7. After a minute plug your modem wait for it it will take about 1-2 minute to finish it process.

8. If you did this correctly you will now have a valid IP back to default.

9. If your modem was remoted you will see on your MAC address a text or a 0000000000 .

10. Your next step now it to access your telnet to change the mac address.

11. If you knew the mac address before it was remote you can just generate the admin password then access your modem and open the telnet.Then Change Mac

12. If accessing via administrator doesn't work there's a sure way of access via debug console.
Debug console needs a hardware and a proper knowledge to access it.

Ok na boss solved na!! Hehehe maraming salamt sa tulong ng phc at sa mga useful threads hehe natutong akong gumamit ng winspread :)
