I want to share this sa katulad kong nakadaan din ng ganitong problema
tungkol sa low memory pag ngdownload ka ng file or pics. sa web
Listen now
You can just go to developer options, scroll all the way down, and uncheck (turn off) the 'dont keep activities' option. just turn it back up, if you want, when you're done with your upload.
