Welcome to PHCitizen ^_^ sir try mo po mag trouble shooting tanggalin mo yung memory card tapos linisin mo yung gold line ng pambura ng lapis tapos tanggalin mo din yung sa fan then lahat ng wire na nakakabit

1st thing 1st.. alamin mo muna po kung ano yung maingay. Either Fan or HDD lang naman yan. Try to use HD tune? see if may Error Sectors.. If HDD was Fine.. then try to see if The temperature of Your CPU is on normal State while on idle.. google for your cpu's Specs and see if there's some info about the normal temp. if the temp is out of range.. try these

1.Clean your cpu fan.. make sure it is Free from dust
2. make sure that you applied Thermal Paste evenly and in Fair amount.the Thinner the better.
3. Check if your CPU fan is in good condition(Fan is not faulty "means rotating w/o loose parts")

check the Vcard/Graphics Card 's Fan.. maybe it is faulty..

marami po pwedeng cause.. try to see first kung ano yung nag dudulot ng ingay.. then investigate why..

here's an example:

GPU's Fan was running like a Breeze even on idle state:

possible causes are:

*Thermal paste are dried out and loosen making not enough contact on the heat sink.
* Ventilation on Your Computer Casing is Poor(Air circulation[in/out] is on low state.
*Gpu is Over-clocked too high beyond its capacity.
