in most cases kasi nangyayari yan kapag may changes in your software or hardware setups

-turn off your PC
-open the case your CPU
-locate the reset jumpers most likely 3 pins others button switch
-press jump the pin to the other side / switch button kindly press
-done

for assurance do the system file check if theres corrupt file in your system
how?
-go to start>search
-type cmd and run as admin
-type in cmd: sfc /scannow
-wait till the process done (automatically fix corrupt system file )
