mga boss bka alam nyo kung ano prob ng cp ko,di ko na mapalitan apn ko pag click ko sa sim na papalitan ko ng apn di na lumalabas ung mga apn.hanggat maaari ayoko po sana ireformat ung cp ko,

tnx po sa tutulong.

nasubukan muna boss reformat?

ung tm at globe kc kelangan gawing mgc ung apn db?huhu di q mabago apn eh sa tnt at smart kc wala pa bagong PS eh,pahirapan pa hays

Kung hindi ka nag modify ng system files,ito pwede mong gawin.
Backup mo lahat ng APK,files,picture,etc.
Copy to another device,drive,flashdrive,computer,etc.
Power off your device.
Hold power button,volume up,and home button until the logo appeared. Then may recovery dyan.Navigate and press factory reset.Kung hindi ito gagana,then reflash firmware
