Closed Can anyone help me about my hypothesis assignment? (7 steps hypothesis)

My Assignment :
An internist randomly selected 20 diabetic patients and found to have a mean uric acid level of 10.8 with a standard deviation of 1.25. On the other hand, he also selected 12 hypertensive patients and found to have a mean uric acid level of 9.6 with a standard deviation of 1.45. Can we claim that the mean uric acid levels for the groups are significantly different? Use 5% level of significance.
