but, also, we have to consider these things..

• area
• time
• location
• signal
• speed of the modem/broadband stick
• OS

this bandwidth throttling is used when you avail their unlimited data plan for 1 day.. it can bypass the FUP or the Fair Use Policy of the ISP.. so even if you reach the bandwidth limit, you can still use their service..
