If Safe Mode will not work.
System Restore back to before you made those settings should work.
If you do not have a Windows 7 disk you can borrow a friends as they are not copy
protected. Your System maker will also sell the physical DVD cheap since you already
own Windows. Also you can make a repair disk on another computer.
Try Startup Repair - (If at ANY point you gain some but not full access to Windows come
back and try Startup Repair again.)

Ganto lng yan. System restore mo sa point na wla pa yang issue na yan. Format kung gnun pdin. Tas try mo iaccess UEFI ng HP mo. Run ka ng test, nalimot ko kung alin dun pero pagkakaalala ko pag BSOD ung ram or hdd. Tas try mo rin magreseat ng ram if comfortable ka magbutingting. Yan lng naalala ko pag nag ssuport sa hp laptop dati, kya d ko sure ung ibang step dyan

Welcome po. If in case nag fail yung test nyo sa UEFI, ibih sbhin yung hardware na kung saan nag fail yung test ay faulty. Ano ba ginagawa nyo before nangyari to. Any software or hardware changes lately? Tska ilang taon mo ng gamit yan?Cge po try ko to. Thank you
