Need apps: (L4D pingtool & Terminal Emulator)
1. Connect to Any VPN
2. Open mo si Pingtool then target address>type 121.0.0.1 then save
3. Open mo si Terminal emu then type "ping localhost" pag mas maraming windows na na-add na tinypan mo ng ping localhost mas bibilis yung net mo!
