Tapos sa window ng open file select "All Files (*.*)" instead of Text Document. Jan mo makikita kung may binago ba sa host file. Makikita mong may nakalagay na katulad ng sa baba. Pero kung alam mo at ginagamit mo ito you may ignore the warnings ng malwarebytes or di kayay add an exception during sa scan para hindi na pabalik2x ang warning.
