Guys, meron lng ako gusto e tanong sana meron mka suggest na mga process/flow para sa POS system, kc meron ako project isang laundry shop tapos gusto nila magkaroon na parang system sa knila kaya ng suggest ako na bka POS ang gusto, currently ang process nila dun sa laundry shop ai ganito.
1. customer deliver items to the shop
2. staff check the weight / price / details (rush or not rush / dry cleaning / wash & fold etc....) (will add functionality to capture images of each item per customer) this is used for itemizing the items
3. another staff will collect the items from the shop to the washing area
4. another staff will tag the items per customer (tagging of ribbons per customer) to avoid interchanging of items
5. washing moment
6. packaging and delivery
Currently meron na ako simple idea nito,
my idea:
1. staff will login to the app
(if customer will come)
2. staff will input the name (will check if the customer already added in the database)
3. staff will check the items then input the weight and the app will calculate the price depends on what type of services the customer wants (don't worry on this part. simple lng nman yun mga prices nila)
4. staff will now start to itemize per item (the current process is staff will write down all the items based on description and brand) on a piece of paper - the problem for this sometimes the description not really describe the items maybe staff error or hindi nka focus sa task nya at that time. Solution ko d2 mag add ng method para mg capture ng mga items (parang nakuha kuna e2. plano ko d2 every day mg create ako ng new folder sa sd card na by date tapos dun mg create nman ang app ng by customer so para ma daling ma track lng)
(wala internet connection dun sa shop so by text ang pag inform na meron items for pickup)
5. after the end of the day the staff will bring the device and transfer the data from another device (this another device is for the staff in washing area so when in packaging meron cla basis para knino itong items dun cla mg base sa images per customer) kong nalilito cla sa items or ang tag sa item i nawala while on washing process (Pwd pa suggest dito kong paano eto gawin, idea ko lng mg transfer ng files by bluetooth)
6. will generate reports (future expansion eto. gusto epa priority sa client ang 1 to 5)
kong cno meron idea, feel free to give me your ideas para ma change ko yun process ko. as of now yan lng ang na think ko na simple process but not sure if secured ba yan kaya need more ideas.. thanks sa lahat na mag comment
