- First, input secret codemethode : Go to dial pad and type *2767*3855#

- Use recovery modemethode :

• Turn off the phone
• Press & hold volume up + home button simultaneously, then power on the phone
• Release volume up + home button if recovery menu appear
• Scroll down to factory data reset menu, use volume down to navigate and home button to confirm.
• Phone will automatically restart and now the phone is on factory state.
