The In-App purchases allow you to unlock the Pro package that lets you customize the alarms and wakelocks on your device. Without the pro package, you can control the worst battery hogs: NlpWakelock, NlpCollectorWakeLock, ALARM_WAKEUP_LOCATOR, and ALARM_WAKE_ACTIVITY_DETECTION.

Note: u might want to install "wake lock detector" to determine what application draining your battery. But those 4 above mention is most important to limit. But incase u can't see those 4 (wake locks and alarm) just press the refresh button in home not the reset button (amplify). If still not exist just wait for about 1hr. (wait till the app recognize ur wake locks and alarms) u can exit the app and come back later
