Likely it was because as reported by some members that the money cheat also affect the AI player making everybody super rich.

Manual Step:
-(Optional, only if you have error) Install original playstore version first if you encounter error "have not purchase this apk"
-Uninstall market version
-download Apk & Obb
-Install modded APK
-create obb folder "com.tradegamelab.at3" in sdcard0\android\obb
-copy obb file "main.12.com.tradegamelab.at3.obb" into obb folder
-Enjoy this mod
