Closed 4g LTE connection problem

hi, newbie here!
anyone experiencing this problem:
i loaded unlisurf85 from a retailer then proceeds to check my pocket wifi. No connection. i already tried stuff like restarting my wifi, reseting to factory settings, etc. but none solved my problem. when i check the screen, i have signal and stuck with 3g. i cant even connect to 2g. the screen just display "connecting" for few hours until my unit is drained.
anyone experiencing this?

location: quezon city
pocket wifi: MF910L
simcard: pink (kickstart sim?)

try it to mobile phone if it has same problem if it does then your simcard has a problem

i dont really have an idea on how will it work with phone. anyways, i tried that also. tried checking my balance and stuff but did not work. the simcard might be working coz i keep getting system generated messages liek promos of smart

your problem is connection am i right? so i suggest to try it to mobile phone if it will connect or not so that we can conclude "if its work on mobile phone" that your pocket wifi have an issue not your sim card

idk if it connects or what but it has signal, i was not able to check it last time. maybe gonna do it later and will also try to buy new sim )

or maybe theres a maintenance on the network so try on other day
