Based on my experience: No need CDC Trick!!
Pero if ever man na hindi mag connect, try nyo for prepaid sims go to internet.org, then load nyo lang messenger sa browser or facebook page then connect.
If makunat tlga, CDC no choice
Use 10. or 100.xxx IP Address!
PS: Do not use 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 or any custom dns, just use the default dns and no need to change APN!
