How many of these are you guilty of?

1. If you wake up in the middle of the night, it's the first thing you reach for.

It might just be to check the time, but chances are, you get distracted by new notifications and end up on it for the next 10 minutes. It's not good for your eyes and certainly not helpful when you try to get back to sleep.

2. Whenever you're by yourself, your phone is glued to your hand
.

It's almost like a defense mechanism, because you'd rather scroll through an app on your phone or pretend to be texting than to be seen by yourself.

3. Your heart starts to sink when your battery slips below 30% for no reason in particular other than the fact you won't be able to do number 2 comfortably without feeling like you're wasting your battery.

4. You never, ever have enough storage.

Whether it's filled with photos, apps, messages, or music, even if you thought you had enough gigabytes when you bought the phone, that annoying 'no storage' thing seems to be like a nagging best friend.

5. Put in the situation, you'd rather lose your wallet than you phone.

Paano na lahat ng selfies mo, 'di ba?

6. You can't start the day without scrolling through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Usually pre-****** when you're lying in bed aka CHOOSING SOCIAL MEDIA OVER SLEEP WHAT IS THIS WORLD.

7. Even if you haven't had a new notification and have checked social media in the last 20 minutes...

Sometimes you just pick up your phone and check all your apps and messages just for the sake of it.

8. When people say you're having a 'phone-free dinner', IT'S THE WORST.

Yes, you want to talk to the other person and yes, you're happy not looking at your phone 24/7, but you like having it on the table just in case you need it for one reason or another. Right?

9. You take it into the bathroom with you...

Even if you're having a ******. It's probably on your desk at work. It's in your pocket rather than your handbag. You're probably reading this on your phone right now.

10. You panic if you can't feel or see your phone at all times.

And you don't even like the idea of leaving it to charge in another room of your own home. "SOMETHING MIGHT HAPPEN AND I I NEED TO BE WITHIN INCHES OF IT AT ALL TIMES, OK?"
