    Looking for custom rom for Alcatel Flash Plus 2

    I know this is an old smart phone, but still runs great. However, if there is a custom rom with newer Android, I would like to make a change. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

    How to add PayPal payment system to web-dev?

    Is there a way add PayPal payment system to web-dev? The PayPal wouldn't even let me create sandbox user account.
