Help The best os for old 32 bit pc

How old? What are its hardware specs?

If you think it can still handle Windows 10, then try installing W10. You can debloat it afterwards to remove unnecessary items. Or install a custom or "lite" W10, like Ghost Spectre.

Windows 7 (or XP) isn't recommended (especially if you still plan to use it online/internet) but it would be your fallback (for Windows) if you don't like W10. There are also custom or "lite" versions available if your hardware is really really old.

If you want to try something other than Windows, then try Linux.
