Did you know Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Aquino III
A graduate of economics from the Ateneo de Manila University one of his Teachers was Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
In 1987, during an attempted military coup Marcos allied against his mother's administration, Aquino was shot by rogue soldiers outside the presidential palace in Manila. Three of his bodyguards were killed and he sustained five bullet wounds. One bullet is still embedded in his neck.
- In 2007,he ran and won a six-year term in the Senate as for Aquino's legislative record not even a single law passed
Cory Aquino was diagnosed with colon cancer from which she died on August 1, 2009.
