Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins
2 frozen underripe bananas
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
1. Pour the milk into a blender. Add oats and the raisins; let soak for 10 minutes.
2. Turn on the blender and process oats and raisins until they've broken down and become mostly smooth.
3. Slice bananas and add to the blender along with the cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings

Note: This smoothie is thicker than most, because of the oats and raisins. Add a little more milk if you want a thinner smoothie.
