Help Windows 10 Temporary account. Need help

  1. Patulong po sa mga nakaka alam kung papaano ko po ito maayos?

    Kaninang umaga po okay pa naman po ang Windows profile ko walang problema hangang dumating ang gabi si mama ko na gumamit ng laptop ko at biglang naging temporary profile ang lumabas at hindi ko na makita ung mga documents at iba pang files. sinubokan ko pong restart -> log-in, Shut down -> log-in temporary profile parin po ang lumalabas. sinubokan ko pong gamitin ang Administrator account po pero hindi ko parin po makita ung mga hinahanap ko na mga documents at mga files. at sinobukan kung mag research sa google at ang sabi raw na corrupt daw po ang profile ko na iyon at tinignan ko po kung papaano maayos pero nahihirapan ako. Kung sino naman po ang may alam kung papaano maayos ito at mayroong oras ngayon Patulong naman po. Nabasa pa pala na similar problem po ito sa windows 7, 8 at 8.1

    To restore system files and settings using a recommended restore point
    1. Open System Restore by clicking the Start button [​IMG]. In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore.‍ [​IMG] If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. Click Recommended restore, and then click Next.

      If there isn't a recommended restore point, follow the steps below to choose a specific restore point.

    3. Review the restore point, and then click Finish.
    To restore system files and settings using a specific restore point
    1. Open System Restore by clicking the Start button [​IMG]. In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore.‍ [​IMG] If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. Do one of the following:
      • If there is a recommended restore point, click Choose a different restore point, and then click Next.

      • If there isn't a recommended restore point, click Next.
    3. Click the restore point that you want, and then click Next.

      To view the programs and drivers that will be affected (which could include programs that will be deleted), click Scan for affected programs.

    4. Review the restore point, and then click Finish.
