A rooted device is vulnerable to so-called "bootloop" since you are now capable of modifying system apps.

Having any custom recovery like cwm will be essential, for you to be able to backup your device's whole system (and even sdcard partition when present),, so you can restore it back anytime to its working state when such accident occur. :Dv

Other features:
-allows you to flash flashable files (apps, roms, tweaks etc.)
-etc. :Dv

( Wala na akong maisip. XD )

i already rooted my phone sir :), at marami nren akong nakalikot xD, ilang beses narin naformat ang memory and phone ko, but i think its normal sa mga katulad kong super curious sa mga ganitong bagay . . .anyway sir, MyPhone Agua Rain 2g yung phone ko, and "Android system recovery (3e)" ang default na gamit nya, it is safe to change it to CWM recovery?

But you can also backup all your things on Titanium Backup di ba?, bawal ba mag backup ng ROM sa Titanium Backup?

I am not aware if there's a version of cwm that is suitable for your device. :)
You can't just download 'recovery.img' somewhere over the cyberspace and then flash it on your device.
But let me suggest, that you should join in fb groups for your unit.
(Or check some threads here).
They may provide one as well as the instruction on how to flash it. :)

And also, I am not aware about the features of TB.
But I am sure you cannot restore TB's backup when you cannot access TB itself.
I mean, TB's backup is useless kapag bootloop ka na.

But upon browsing, I've read that it is possible to flash a new recovery via terminal emulator though the help of flash_image binary (check it on xda).
So in conclusion, installed apps will no be affected in the process.

It will be so tedious to reinstall apps at nakakapanghinayang lalo na sa scores ng games kung gamer ka.
So for your assurance,, since seems you're using TB,, why don't you backup them first?
Once successfully flashed, then reinstall TB to restore the backup if apps were lost... but if not, then great!

ahm sir salamat ng marami :D ... my alam po ba kayo kung san makakanap ng recovery.img right? ..baka po may alam kayo or download link

Yup! "recovery" yung usual filename nun ".img" yung file extension.

Both Android and Symbian are mobile OS. And devices that are running either Android or Symbian are smartphones. :) *or baka may iba pang-phones na di ko alam eh considered as smartphones pala. Nagu-google naman yan. :Dv
