SSH Accounts are based differently on the server location of the domain that's offering it, regardless of the time zone(s) being present. So for us to be able to create our "own" SSH Account, we must be aware of the so called "Account Refresh/Reset" time of the SSH Servers being present. If you want to create regardless of the time you want; there are lifetime or unlimited accounts available, it's always open for registration. Else, if you want to register on servers that are much faster and much legitimate or the so called "limited" accounts, you need to know the Account Refresh/Reset time of the server or the domain.

For example:

mytunneling(dot)com is refreshed every 00:00:01 [ Zone : GMT +7 ], so always take note of the different time zones of the servers offering an SSH Account.
