2. Open VPNium click settings select connection type = tcp connection port = 443

4. Right Click VPNium settings proxy settings set to manual apply your proxy
4. Select your server viola youre now connected

using tcp with proxy you can't determined if you are connected or not just add this line to your config located at PROGRAM FILES -> VPNiUM -> vpnium.ovpn
