Closed UNLOCKED GLOBE POCKET WIFI QUESTIONS

My Globe Tatto Pocket Wifi is unlocked and I put regular SMART sim card, can I be able to subscribe to smart promos?
If it is possible how?

yeah it is posible as long as the other sim is readable by your pocket wifi and about the subscription ask for load retailer for some of the promos
