Hello! Samsung J5 ang unit ng mama ko. Sim1 is naka lock sa Globe then sa Sim2 ang problem ko hindi ako maka pag add ng APN. I'm using smart sim on Sim2, walang lumalabas na window for adding apn kung i.click "add" or "+" ..any idea po kung bakit ganito? Ang nakalabas is, "Unable to view the access point name settings. Access is restricted for the current user profile. Pls help.

I think need mo palitan ang csc code ng phone mo from globe to smart. I googled and found this method, working naman sakin nawala nga lang yung globe logo at naging smart. Pwede mong ibalik sa dati with same procedure.

Change your CSC to SMA because GLB CSC's data on sim2 is disabled so to enable it you need to change your CSC

1. Note down your IMEI using *#06#
2. Then key in *#272*IMEI# and select SMA.
3. Take note that changing CSC code will wipe your phone data

hi po ginawa ko kasi yan kaso yung na select ko cab tapos nag try ulit ako hindi na sya maaccess pano? please help.thanks
