Android App Trustworthy International Discount Phone Calls

Hi all, I'm looking for an App which is more dependable (than skype) and a lot easier to set up.
suggestions are very much welcome and needed.:grumpy:

mas maliit din ang rate kaysa sa skype sa totoo lang halos wala naman silang pinagkaiba ng skype maliban sa presyo at interface. simple lang kasi ang global call at walang masyadong features gaya ng ibang call app pero kung mura at straighforward calling lang ang gusto mong gawin ito ang magandang gamitin. for now meron akong page sa facebook ng global call natry nyo naba to?ongoing pa daw ang event nila eh naglike nga ako para makakuha din ako ng gift na $2 sa june 17th hehe

there are lots of new call app variety to choose from like skype viber kakao fring whatsapp and many others. I was using skype before until lately cause I found a new app which suits my needs better. for you to make calls to Philippines cheaply then I recommend Global Call
it's cheaper versus other call apps. when I'm using Global Call, charges are $0.09 per minute to landline or $0.12 per minute to mobile. rates vary depending on the country you're calling. I've never had a call dropped using this app and the lines are clear too, I didn't regret switching call apps

I tried Global Call like your advised here so upon registration I got $1.50 free credit and I called rightaway, I think I was talking on the phone for about 45 minutes and it’s unbelievable that landline calls are just $ 0.09 per minute—I’ll say using this app is the best thing cause I no longer have to spend hefty amounts for phone calls since it’s pretty cheap to make calls with this app I bought $60 worth of credits I can use for a month

How will I know when Global Call top up is due to expire? Just coming back to ask this, can you give me more information please.

this Global Call is new to me I have not heard about them before I'm curious about where can I get it?
