Salamat ng marami. Di ko pa alam kung may cap. Pero dito sa area ko may cap talaga. Iloilo area. Ilang vpn at pon na natry ko. Hehe. Iba ibang settings din pero anjan talga si cap. (y)
 
Ok po sya for browsing im actually using it right now sa download lang medyo tagilid sya or its just the site im downloading from but still its nice and fast thanks
