Closed Smart sim unblocked via SMS!!!!!

Me, I just use the old trick: "roam on" to 333 then "roam off" to 333 and ok na :) It always works with all my polka dots sims...
 
OY SIR GUMANA NA SA SMART SIM KO NA GREEN. 3WEEKS KO TINENGGA KASI NUNG UNA KONG SUBOK NETO HINDI GUMANA PERO NGAYON SA DATE NG REPLY KO, GUMANA SIYA! SAKA NALAMAN KO NA GUMAGANA PA PALA YUNG FREEBROWSE NI TRAMS NA WALA NANG VPN, TAPOS MGA SETTING SETTING.
