Here's what you need:

275g sugar
100g golden syrup
270g clotted cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method:
1) Add the sugar, golden syrup, clotted cream and vanilla extract to the slow cooker pot and mix together
2) Put on low heat, cook for 4 hours
3) Remove from heat
4) Beat together for 10-15 minutes until mixture is very thick
5) Add to paper-lined tray and fold in half.
6) Refrigerate until solid.
7) Enjoy!
