Apn : INTERNET

Port : 9201

Then open your psiphon and set it

Tick remove port

Proxy type: Dual Real Host

Proxy server: Click.ph

Real Proxy Type: Socks

Real Proxy Server: 10.199.212.2

Real Proxy Port : 8080

Then click save. Go to more options, click on Best Performance and choose United State.
