ROASTED GARLIC CRAB

INGREDIENTS:

1 large crab, cleaned, steamed and *****ed

1/2 cup butter

2 tbsp cup olive oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper or 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

2 tsp parsley flakes

PROCEDURE:
Preheat oven to 500°F.

Melt butter with oil in a wok.

Stir in garlic.
Cook until garlic turns golden brown.

Add crabs.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and crushed pepper or cajun seasoning over crabs.
Stir to combine.

Transfer the crabs in a baking pan.

Roast crabs until heated through, turning and/or stirring once (5-6 minutes each side).

Remove from oven.

Squeeze some lemon over the roasted crabs. (optional)

Serve!
