    The king of fruits, Mango, is a favourite amongst everyone, young and old. This tropical fruit can be enjoyed as a wholesome fruit, a milkshake, a shrikand, pudding and in some places a spicy sambhar too!     Ingredients for ripe mango salad:


    • 1 big ripe mango – cut into cubes
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    • 3 – 4 teaspoon olive oil
    • 2 medium tomatoes – cut into small cubes
    • 1 medium red onion – sliced into thin semi-circles
    • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • ' teaspoon black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste

    How to prepare ripe mango salad?

    • In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt. Make sure that the sugar dissolves completely.
    • Next whisk in the olive oil.
    • Finally add the chopped mangoes, tomatoes and onion and toss well.
    • Once all the salad ingredients are coated with the vinegar mixture, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
