Procedure
1.) Setup APN
[SETTINGS → Mobile Network → Access Point Name]
Press Menu then Create New APN



2.) Install 'Psiphon' app..

3.) Open it...

4.) Press Option → More Options

Connect Thru HTTP Proxy: CHECK
Use the following server: CHECK



Press BACK and CONNECT...

Kung ayaw gumana for 2 minutes OFF ON nyo ang DATA Connection then try to reconnect...

normal lang po bang soooobrang tagal nya maka connect? inuulit ulit ko lng ang process like 4times na for 2 hrs... cant connect paren... QC area.
