Guidelines and Conditions
A. How to Register:
STEP 1: Dial *119# for FREE using your Globe/TM SIM and press Call
STEP 2: Choose BPI > Other Services > Register
STEP 3: Choose SA/CA, then enter Account/Card No.* > Enter your “Joint Account Indicator (JAI)*
You will receive an SMS on your mobile phone confirming that your enrollment was successful, and giving you instructions on how to activate your BPI Express Mobile Access.
SMS:
Enrollment request for acct XXXXXXXXXX has been accepted. Activate your enrollment now using any Express Teller machine to receive your MPIN. Go to Special Services – Activate Enrollment – Econnect SMS Enrollment.
Registration is FREE but you need have at least P1.00 load (for prepaid subscribers).
*Your account number is the 10-digit number on the signature panel of your ATM card.
**The Joint Account Indicator is the 2-digit number in the lower right portion of your ATM card.
B. How to activate your request via any BPI ATM.
- *********** Express Teller ATM Card
- Key-in your Pesonal Identification Number (PIN)
- Choose Special Services Choose Activate Enrollment
- Choose EConnect - SMS Enrollment
C. Change your MPIN
• Wait for the text message containing your initial Mobile PIN (MPIN). You will receive the text message within 24 hours.
• Nominate your own MPIN by changing the initial MPIN to your own.
STEP 1: Dial *119# for FREE using your Globe/TM SIM and press Call
STEP 2: Choose BPI > Account Maintenance > Change MPIN
STEP 3: Enter Old MPIN > Enter New MPIN
You will receive an SMS if you changed your MPIN successfully.
