Closed Psiphon for pc setting ( no load required )

Sir im afraid to admit but newbie po here. I already have the Psiph3 app in my pc but cant seem locate where to input the APN and all since its not in the app. Kakahiya actually na question. :D

hindi mo na kailangang baguhin ang modem mo dahil default po gamit na apn natin.
yong setting ay ilalagay mo dito > open psiphon click setting, goto upstream proxy ilagay mo dn ang binigay na setting sa mga blangkong rectagular box. Then click "Apply changes" found in the upper left side of the gui.

Kahit po smart bro sim user po ako? Thank you po sa advice sa taas.
 
Question lng po.. Bakit po hindi ko na maaccess ung gui ng modem ko after ko magamit to?kahit po naka disable ung program hindi ko p din po maaccess?

normal lang po kasi yan pag gumagamit ka ng vpn. But wala akong maisagot sa sitwasyon kahit naka disable ang apps, the fact, it must work without vpn running.
Dapat sana ipagtataka nyo na bat nakakabrowse at nakakapagdownload but no ping reply. :D
Ang masasabi ko lang "GOOD FOR US"!
The very reason why I don't like vpn with tap adapter. :D
vpn with tap adapter may give ping reply which I believe wasn't good for us for we are using the vpn for a free net tricks. :D

hhhmmm..yaan mo n nga muna kahit ayaw...nde ko din nmn need imonitor ung data usage..anyways, thanks sir jumbo for this..sana lng wag muna madetect to ni globibo...
