Closed Privacy Protection Password problem in Cherry Mobile

Hello there. I need help with my Cherry Mobile Me Vibe. I put a another sim card and it started to ask for a privacy protection password. I forgot my password already. What I only do remember is the phone lock password. Now I can't use my phone anymore. What do I do? Please help. :[
