I want to know what exactly companies do on a Postpaid Account, like a DSL Postpaid Account for example, when they put it on a Temporary Disconnected Account Status.
Are they blocking the account log-in details so that the system cannot validate your credentials?
Or your banning modem / device MAC address? Or configuring your device settings (in Admin mode) incorrectly so that it won't work properly? Or simply blocking your account on their file directory and all information included in your account will be block altogether?
