PININYAHANG BABOY
INGREDIENTS:
1 kl pork belly (cut into cube pieces)
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 red and green sliced bell pepper
1 cube-cut carrots
2 medium potatoes cut into cubes
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 medium chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups evap milk
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
In a pan, heat cooking oil and fry carrots and potatoes until light brown.
set aside.
In the same pan, saute garlic and onion.
Add pork and continue sauteing until light brown.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour milk and pineapple juice.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Add water if necessary.
Add carrots, potatoes and bell pepper then simmer for 3 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce to taste then simmer for another minute.
Serve hot!
