Closed Payment method problem

mga boss magandang araw po sa lahat...

mga ka phc may katanungan lang ako kung papa ano po ba ma resolbahan ang problema nang iphone ko di na po kasi ako makpag update nang mga ups kasi nga po may lalabas na " there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. please enter another payment method "

try mo change payment type to none, sign-in tas account settings then payment information

walang none option sa payment type ko po... paano to?

check mo yung purchase history sa itunes for any errors or update/palit ka ng credit card info

maaming salamat po boss...ito nga ang sagot kailangan pala e settle ang unpaid balance ko saka na maka chose none sa option... huhuhuhu wala pang laman debet card ko... maraming salamat ulit

Gawa ka nlang ulit new Apple id Tanggalin mo Apple id then punta ka ups store pili ka ng app i DL mo then sign up ka ulit for a new apple i.d then choose none sa payment method!

paano po tangalin apple id boss? yan din plano ko dati kaso kinabahan ako baka ma wala lahat apps ko na naka download na.. thanks

Go to setting = itunes and app storr click apple ID: example@gggg.com then click sign out... Then gawin mo instruction ko go to itunes store dL any free apps then you will be promt create a new account para ma click mo yung none sa payment method.
