Hi!
Pwede ka mag-upload ng movies (or any huge files) from any hosting sites like mediafire, then i-share mo na lang po yung link dito.

Kung images, depende.
Kung nasa web na yung image(s), copy mo lang yung image address then ipaste mo sa pagitan ng
{IMG}image address{/IMG} ...just replace {} with []

Kung image(s) like screenshot naman, i-upload mo po muna sa mga image hosting sites like imgur.com, then same procedure lang --kopyahin lang image address.
