Closed Pa.recover ng instagram account with forgotten email

Hi mga ka.PH. I just want to ask kung sino marunong mag.recover/retrieve ng instagram account. I forgot my password kasi and tagal ko na di ginagamit. And worse, nakalimutan ko pa ang email na ginamit ko pati mobile number. Alam ko may mga iba pang paraan para magawa ito and need ng mga experts. Kaya if ever meron sa inyo dito na marunong, please tell me. Kailangan na kailangan ko po kasi eh. Thank you po. God bless!
