This is repacked and modded by me for my beloved PHCtizens. I've embedded it with turbo 3.0 and injected freezone trick on handler settings. I would like to thank and give credits to the translator of this browser.
Instructions:
1) Download and Install the attachment below.
2) Open Oupeng.
3) Press save dahil nakaset na yan para sa freezone trick.
4) Magloloading yan then just press "OK" pag may question na lumabas..
5) Wait until lumabas yung accept button sa lower left, then pag lumabas na.. Press it.
6) Pag nasa homepage ka na makikita mo na puro chinese sites yung speed links so i DELETE mo lahat. (press 1 dun sa tapat ng square then click delete, ikaw na bahala kung anong sites ilalagay mo)
7) Pag nadelete na punta naman tayo sa search engines na makikita sa upper right ..yung rectangle dun, click natin yun then drag down , makikita natin ang mga search enginges na puro chinese language.. I highlight lang bawat isa tapos delete..
Pati yung google dyan chinese kaya idelete nadin natin.
8) Then pagkatapos nun punta naman tayo sa settings ng oupeng.. Pag nakita na imark ang SINGLE COLUMN VIEW.
9) After that press PRIVACY, i clear lahat ng cøøkíés,password,search engine at history.
10) Then back punta naman sa ADVANCED, i set sa HTTP ..not Http/Socket.
11) After that ok na yan..exit browser then open mu ulit..
12) Sa google, para maging english type mo sa address bar "google.com.ph" then chinese yan , click mo yung nasa baba na "google.com in English" ,ok na yan pagkatapos, kung gusto mo mailagay sya sa search engine mo, just click the rectangle then press 1 and select add to search engine.
13) That's all! Your Oupeng browser is ready. Mabilis sya sa downloading at browsing
